How to carry out the daily maintenance of the laser marking machine?

    Laser marking machine is a professional laser marking equipment integrating light, machanic and electricity. Whether it is used for manufacturing or DIY customization, it is indispensable and loved in all walks of life. With the continuous expansion of market demand, laser marking machines are used more and more widely in all walks of life. Because the price is relatively not cheap, its maintenance has also received attention from everyone.

    After using the laser marker machine for a period of time, if you don't pay attention to its daily maintenance, the function is easily subject to certain losses, which will directly affect the marking effect, marking speed and the life of the laser equipment.

1. Daily maintenance

   
   

  1) Clean the dust, dirt, foreign objects, etc. inside the equipment, and remove dust, dirt and foreign objects with vacuum cleaner, alcohol and dust-free cloth;

  2) Check whether the focal length is within the standard focal length range, and test if laser reaches the strongest state;

  3) Check whether the lens of galvo head is dirty and wipe it with lens tissue;

  4) Check whether the laser parameters are within the setting range;

  5) Whether the machine is normally turned on, whether the main switch of the machine, the laser control switch, and the switch of the laser marking system are normally turned on;

  6) Confirm that the switch is normal and effective. After pressing the switch, check whether it is powered on; whether the laser is working normally.

  2. Weekly maintenance

 1) Keep the machine clean and clean the surface and interior of the machine;

 2) Check whether the red light preview can be turned on normally, the laser parameters are within the set range, and turn on the red light correction on the software to turn on the red light;

 3) Clean the laser galvo head lens, first use special lens tissue dipped in alcohol to wipe in one direction, and then wipe with dry lens tissue;

 4) Check whether the laser light output is normal, open the software and open manual marking for laser test.

  3. Monthly maintenance

 1) Check whether the lifting guide rail is loose, whether there is abnormal noise or oil seepage, clean it with a dust-free cloth and add lubricating oil;

 2) Clean up the dust at the air outlet of the machine to ensure normal heat dissipation. Clean dust, waste and other foreign objects inside the equipment, and remove dust, dirt and foreign objects with a vacuum cleaner, alcohol and a clean cloth;

 3) Check whether the laser emitting has weakened, and use a power meter to test;

 4) Check whether the power plug and the connectors of each connecting line are loose, and check whether each connector part has poor contact;

 5) Check whether the light path of the red light preview is offset, and perform red light correction.

  4. Half year maintenance

 1) Check whether the laser cooling fan rotates normally, and clean the laser power supply and control board dust;

 2) Check whether each moving shaft is loose, abnormal noise and smooth operation. Clean it with a dust-free cloth and then add lubricating oil.

  5. Precautions for use

 1. Please wear protective glasses when working to avoid strong laser light damaing eyes;

 2. Special attention: it is forbidden to place your hands within the laser scanning range during use;

 3. When the machine is in an emergency due to improper operation, press the power off immediately;

 4. To prevent electric shock, do not operate with wet hands;

 5. During the operation of the laser marking machine, do not put your head or hands into the machine to avoid personal injury;

 6. Do not change specific system parameters at will without the permission of the equipment technician.
